2009-08-23 [another brick in the wall]: The only problem is that most people are only trying to accheive that goal by increasing the penatly for the crime. but just the threat of a life sentence wont dissuade many offenders. you have to help them. Educate them on how to avoid commiting child abuse. Harsher Punnishments alone are not going to work.
